MiloMint Terms of Use

MiloMint helps families manage chores, homework, routines, allowance rules, rewards, and parent-approved wallet ledgers.
Parent Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for creating family accounts, inviting trusted adults, managing child profiles, and deciding how allowance or consequences are applied outside the app.
No Financial Services
MiloMint is not a bank, wallet provider, broker, investment adviser, or money transmitter. Wallet balances are parent-managed records only.
Voice Notes and AI
MiloMint can turn a spoken note into calendar events, chores, reading minutes or shopping items, and can answer questions about your own calendar. Speech is converted to text on your device; only that text is sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to it.
These features use automated systems and are provided on a best-effort basis. They can mishear a word or read a date wrongly, so you review what was understood before it is saved, and you can undo it. You are responsible for checking anything that matters, and MiloMint is not liable for an appointment missed because a note was misheard. Voice notes are a parent-account feature; child profiles have no voice capture.
Free accounts include a daily allowance of voice notes and a monthly allowance of photo scans; Milo+ raises them. Do not use these features to submit other people's personal information, and do not attempt to use them for anything other than organising your own family.
Acceptable Use
Do not store sensitive school, medical, government ID, payment card, or brokerage credentials in MiloMint.
Account Security
Parents should use strong credentials and share access only with trusted adults. An optional Face ID / Touch ID lock for parent controls is available on supported devices as an on-device convenience.
Availability
MiloMint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service available and back up your family’s data, and you can export or delete your data from within the app.
